Refund Policy

Please make sure you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined here before ordering your orders.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from assayme.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

Once we have received and verified your refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the return will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

If you have not received a refund, please contact us first at help@assayme.com. We will update you on the progress of the refund. Sometimes the problem is not related to our company. If the problem did not originate with us:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time
before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank.
It can often take some time for the refund to be processed.
