Ingredients: • 1 lb. beef rib eye
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoons garlic
• 1 teaspoons sliced shallot
• 1-cup water
• 1 tablespoons red chili flakes
• 2 tomatoes
Method cooking 1. Preheat a skillet over heat then pour olive oil into it.
2. Add the garlic and chopped shallots to the pan, simmer until slightly golden brown and fragrant.
3. Add sliced beef and tomatoes to the pan, then stir fry until just wilted.
4. After this, pour the water over the beef and bring to boil.
5. After the beef boils, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Once this is done, let the beef cool and serve.
